This decorative nosing 5/8" - 2 measures .625" in width by .500" in thickness. The detail comprises a 21/64" broad bullnose on the top left. It connects to a 7/64" horizontal fillet in the center with an 11/64" cove on the design's right side. The unique split-two profile utilizes fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-11/16" wide.
Caution: the knives will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
