Ogee 1" - 4

This ogee/cyma reversa 1" - 4 measures 1.000" thickness with a 1.000" depth of cut on the left vertical set of knives. The width gets milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern.

The profile is comprised of a 3/8" tall vertical fillet, connected to two tangent 25/64" radiuses, attached to a 9/32" elevated vertical line in the upper section of the detail. The knife design includes the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the pattern while prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
