Ogee 3/4" - 6

This ogee design measures 3/4" thickness; the width gets manufactured to the required size during the milling process. The profile comprises a 1/4" vertical fillet at the bottom, two tangent 17/32" radiuses, and a 1/8" vertical fillet on top. The knife's total depth of cut or projection is one-inch. We decided to mill this profile from the left vertical spindle on a molder, so we didn't remove lumber under the feed system.
