This lovely cabinet door 1" - 20 panel mould measures 1.000" wide by .731" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled out of four quarter lumber. The beautifully designed profile is comprised of a 7/16" wide bullnose on the top left, attached to a 3/32" broad line segment joined to a 7/32" radius congee in the center, joined to a small slightly obtuse notch leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. The back side rabbet dimension is 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall, the height of the rabbet can be altered with a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head on the machinery. We offer an alternative pattern in the same width but with different inner dimensions for your review and consideration, panel moulding 1.000" - 23.
