This tiered 1" - 22 panel mould measures 1.000" wide by .812" thickness. The stepped design is comprised of a 1/4" wide half-circle, attached to a 3/32" broad horizontal line with an eased edge, connected to three small stepped lines that transition into a 3/8" radius cove, leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the thin side of the pattern. The backside rabbet dimension is 1/4" wide by 1/2" tall, the height of the rabbet can be altered if needed with a simple axial adjustment on the vertical spindle during the milling process.
Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during setup and milling of this profile. Our acrylic templates also provide good blend areas on the knives, so you will never realise where one cutter begins or ends; this specific design feature will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
