Panel Mould 1-1/16" -11
This 1-1/16" - 11 panel mould measures 1.062" wide by 1.125" thick. The profile consists of a cavetto just above the rabbet, a small fillet, an undercut elliptical-shaped bead in the center, and another fillet and cove at the bottom. The rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall. Because the bead in the center is undercut, the pattern must be milled from three machining stations on the machinery: the right, left, and top cutter heads.
