Panel Mould 1-1/16" - 5

This good-looking 1-1/16" - 5 panel mould measures 1.062" wide by .750" thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-5/16" wide. The creative profile is comprised of an elliptically shaped half-round circle on top flanked by small fillets, connected to an 11/32" cove with a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep notched fillet on the thin side of the design. The back side rabbet dimensions are 3/16" wide by 17/32" tall, which can be adjusted to any desired height with a simple axial adjustment of the left cutterhead.
