This decorative 1-1/8" - 9 panel mould measures 1.125" width by .687" thickness, requiring the use of a 1-3/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The graceful profile contains a 3/32" broad line segment above the 1/4" wide rabbet for the panel, on the top left. The line connects to a gentle, downsloping, three-tangent-radius, S-shaped curvature. The graceful convex arc transitions into a small, classy half-circle with an additional 3/32" broad fillet on the design's right side. We offer an additional pattern in a slightly smaller width and thickness for your review and consideration, panel mould 1.093".
