Panel Mould 1-1/4" - 31
This intricate panel mould 1-1/4" - 31 measures 1.250" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The beautifully stylish profile consists of a 1/8" flat line segment on the top left. The fillet joins a series of five tangent radiuses creating the graceful down-sloping curvature in the center. This section joins a 5/16" convex arc and a 7/64" vertical drop in elevation with a 7/32" quarter-round bead on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 1/2" tall; this area is adjustable to any specific needs.
Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
