This stepped ovolo panel mould 1-1/4" - 35, measures 1.250" wide by .875" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The beautiful profile consists of a 1/2" wide flat top on the top left. Connected to two 1/8" by 1/8" vertical steps and a 29/64" convex semicircular arc in the center. The ovolo is attached to a 3/16" broad horizontal line segment, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the design, The backside rabbet measures 1/8" wide by 3/4" tall; this area is adjustable to any specific needs.
