Panel Mould 1-1/4" - 36
This concave panel mould 1-1/4" - 36 measures 1.250" wide by 1.062" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled from five-quarter lumber. The custom profile is comprised of two 5/16" broad line segments divided by a 1/8" elevation changing vertical step, attached to a 3/8" radius cavetto (cove) with a 3/64" eased edge, leaving a 5/16" thickness on the right side of the pattern. The back side rabbet measures 1/8" wide by 3/4" tall, and the height of the rabbet is adjustable with a simple axial movement of the left cutterhead.
