This 1-1/2" - 21 panel mould measures 1.500" wide by .875" thickness, it will require five-quarter lumber to mill this pattern. The profile comprises a cyma reversa in the center and flanked by a small fillet on each side, with the rabbet on the backside measuring 1/4" wide by 1/2" tall.
The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
