Panel Mould 1-5/8" - 11
This fancy 1-5/8" - 11 panel mould measures 1.625" wide by 1.218" thick, allowing the pattern to be machined out of five-quarter lumber. The embellishing profile is composed of a tiny two-tangent radius ogee and a small perpendicular line on the top left, attached to a thumbnail-shaped down-sloping arc with a 1/16" horizontal line segment and a deep scotia in the center. This area merges with another smaller bead flanked by small fillets and a 7/64" cove on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet is 3/8" wide by 11/6" tall; this area can accommodate notches in many sizes to fit your specific needs.
