This designer 1-11/16" - 7 panel mould measures 1.687" wide by .937" thickness, necessitating the use of five quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The embellished profile is composed of a 11/16" wide half circle flanked by 1/8" broad segments on the left, connected to a deep down-sloping 11/32" concave arc that attaches to a 5/16" wide bead on the right side of the pattern, the rabbet dimension is 5/16" wide by 1/2" tall.
