Panel Moulding 1-3/4" - 32

This unique panel molding 1-3/4" - 32 measures 1.750" width by .812" thickness enabling the use of four quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The custom profile contains a two tangent radius elliptical-shaped convex arc on the top left, above the 5/8" wide by 5/16" tall rabbet for the panel. The semicircular arc connects to a tiny vertical step joined to a three tangent radius downsloping curvature in the center with a 5/16" convex arc on the right side of the design.
