Panel Mould 1-3/4" - 32

This unique 1-3/4" - 32 panel mould measures 1.750" width by .812" thickness, enabling the use of four quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The custom profile features a two-tangent-radius elliptical convex arc on the top left, above the 5/8" wide by 5/16" tall rabbet for the panel. The semicircular arc connects to a tiny vertical step joined to a three-tangent radius downsloping curvature in the center with a 5/16" convex arc on the right side of the design.
