This panel mould measures 1.812" wide by 3/4" thick. The profile design comprises a cove, fillet, and an elliptical-shaped center section, and the rabbeted portion measures 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall for panel insertion. This detail could also be used as a base cap. The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
