This custom 1-15/16" - 1 panel mould measures 1.937" wide by 1.250" thickness, necessitating the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile is composed of a 7/32" cove with a 3/64" eased edge above the 1/2" wide by 3/4" tall rabbet on the left, connected to a 1/8" broad segment joined to a thumbnail shaped semicircular arc in the center, attached to a beveled line with a 3/32" round edge that transitions into a 5/8" cove with a 1/4" radius arc leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
