This beautiful 1-15/16" - 2 panel mould measures 1.937" wide by 1.062" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of five quarter lumber. The custom profile is composed of an 11/64" broad segment on the upper left side, attached to a graceful two-tangent radius cyma reversa in the center, joined to a 7/16" wide half-round bead with a 1/8" broad line, leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. The left side rabbet dimension is 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall; the height of the cut can be adjusted to any specific size with a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head on the machine. We offer a smaller version of this design with a 1/2" tall rabbet for your review and consideration, panel mould 1.375" - 22.
