Panel Mould 1-15/16" - 4

This rabbeted 1-15/16" - 4 panel mould measures 1.937" wide by .875" thick, enabling the use of five-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The classy profile features a semi-elliptical half-circle with a 9/64" horizontal fillet on the top left. The fillet joins a 15/64" cove, which is merged with an elongated half-bead. A 5/32" line segment joins to a two-tangent-radius ogee on the design's right side. The backside rabbet dimension is 1/8" wide by 3/8" tall.

Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these types of milling operations.
