Panel Moulding 2" - 1

This beautiful panel molding 2" - 1 is milled sprung, laying horizontally flat to minimize lumber cost as well as provide excellent hold down condition during the machining process. The finished profile measures 2.000" wide by 1.171" tall, the milling dimensions are 2.179" wide by .719" thickness, be sure to rip lumber blanks 1/4" over the milling dimensions, not the finished dimension or you will have trouble milling the detail. The ornate profile is comprised of a series of coves, half-round circles, small congee, horizontal and verticals lines all working in unison to create this lovely panel molding design, the rabbet dimension is 1/2" wide by 3/4" tall.
