This bold-looking 2-1/8" - 4panel mould measures 2.125" in width by 1.312" in thickness, requiring a 2-3/8" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The fancy profile contains a 3/16" cove above the 3/8" wide by 23/32" tall rabbet for the panel on the top left. It connects to a minute horizontal fillet and a three-tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center. The concave section is attached to a small half-circular bead with another horizontal fillet and a 3/16" cavetto on the design's right edge.
