This large 2-3/16" - 3 panel mould measures 2.187" wide by 2.000" thickness requiring ten quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The beautiful profile is comprised of an off-centered 3/4" wide half-circle attached to a 3/32" broad segment with a 1/8" cove on the left side, connected to another 3/32" wide by 3/32" deep step that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma reversa, joined to a 1/16" wide sunk fillet with a 1/4" wide half-circle on the smaller side of the design. The backside rabbet dimension is 3/8" wide by 1-1/4" tall, and this is adjustable with a simple axial movement on the left cutter head.
