This stunning 2-5/16" symmetrical panel mould measures 2.312" wide by .750" thickness, permitting a 2-9/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The balanced profile comprises a 1-17/32" wide by 3/64" tall raised fillet in the center. The short vertical line connects to a 5/32" quarter-round convex arc merged with a 3/32" flat line that joins a 1/8" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on each side corner of the design. The rabbet dimension is 5/16" by 5/16"; this area is customizable to your needs.
