This beautiful 2-1/2" - 11 panel mould measures 2.500" wide by 1.187" tall, the machining dimensions are 2.583" wide by .750" thickness. The detail is milled, sprung (lying horizontally flat), to minimize production cost, enabling the pattern to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The custom profile is composed of a deep sloping two tangent radius cyma reversa in the center, flanked by a 1/8" wide line segment and a 11/64" cove on the left side, the opposite side consists of a thumbnail shaped bead joined to a 5/32" wide line with a 9/64" cove, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
