This vintage 2-9/16" - 4 panel mould measures 2.562" wide by 1.062" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined from five quarter lumber. The beautiful timeless profile is composed of a 1/2" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet for the panel on the bottom left, the upper portion is comprised of a 3/16" cove and a 1/8" horizontal line segment on the top left, connected to a one inch wide thumbnail shaped arc and another 1/8" broad line that merges with a shallow one inch radius cove in the center, joined to a tiny two tangent radius cyma reversa leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
