This beautiful 2-7/8" - 2 stepped panel mould measures 2.875" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The tiered concave profile is composed of a 5/8" wide by 7/64" tall raised fillet on the left side, connected to a 3/8" wide by 1/16" deep step, and a 1/8" by 1/8" drop in elevation, joined to a shallow 3-15/32" radius concave arc with a 1/16" vertical step and a 19/64" line segment leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern. The back side rabbet dimension is 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall, the knives can be adjusted in height with a simple axial adjustment of the left vertical cutter head on the molder.
