Panel Moulding 3" - 1

This wide panel moulding 3" - 1 measures 3.000" in width by .750" in thickness, necessitating the use of 3-1/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The embellishing pattern comprises a 5/16" radius half-round arc above the 1/4" wide by 1/2" tall rabbet for the panel on the top left. The partial circle connects to a 3/16" broad congee derived from a 15/16" concave semicircle in the center, merged with a 1/4" radius half round on the design's right edge.
