This broad 3" - 1 panel mould measures 3.000" in width by .750" in thickness, necessitating the use of 3-1/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The embellishing pattern comprises a 5/16" radius half-round arc above the 1/4" wide by 1/2" tall rabbet for the panel on the top left. The partial circle connects to a 3/16" broad congee derived from a 15/16" concave semicircle in the center, merged with a 1/4" radius half-round on the design's right edge. We offer a couple of other panel moulds that complement these design features for your review and consideration, panel mould 1.375" - 6 and panel mould 1.625" - 16.
