This tiny 7/16" panel mould measures .437" wide by .343" thickness. The profile comprises a 1/4" wide half-round circle attached to a 1/16" horizontal segment connected to a 1/8" radius cove with a 1/16" tall vertical line on the thin side of the design. The back side rabbet measures 3/32" wide by 3/16" tall. Utilize fall off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time. Caution; the cutters will come within .012" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend using a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest installing an anti-kickback device on the machine before attempting any milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the side knives, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
