Caution; the cutters will come within .012" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations. For safety concerns we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiples pieces.

Width = 1.280" / Depth of Cut = .508" (top knives).
Thickness = .500" / Depth of Cut = .250" (right blades) & .250" (left cutters), only one template is needed for the side blades.
