This unique13/16" panel mould measures .812" wide by 1.000" thick. The profile consists of a 1/4" radius half-round circle on top, transitioning into two tapered lines that angle downward to a 3/32" broad segment, leaving a 7/32" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design. The back side rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 1/2" tall. This is adjustable to any desired size by a quick axial adjustment on the machinery. The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
