Panel Moulding 13/16" - 10

This fancy panel moulding 13/16" - 10 measures .812" wide by 1.000" thickness requiring five quarter lumber to mill this pattern on an industrial moulder. The profile is comprised of a 7/32" radius bullnose on top and a 31/64" cove at the bottom, connected to one another by a tangent angled line leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design. The back side rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 5/8" tall, this is adjustable to any size by a simple axial adjustment on the machine.
