Panel Moulding 7/8" - 15

This cabinet door panel moulding 7/8" - 15 measures .875" wide by .500" thickness, permitting the pattern to be milled out of four quarter lumber. The appealing profile is composed of a 7/16" wide round semicircle joined to a 5/32" line segment on the top left, attached to a 3/32" beveled line that joins to a 15/64" cove leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 1/2" wide by 3/16" tall, the overall width of the plow can be adjusted to any specific size with a simple axial adjustment of the bottom cutter head on the molder.
