This cabinet door 7/8" - 15-panel mould measures .875" wide by .500" thickness, permitting the pattern to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The appealing profile comprises a 7/16" wide round semicircle joined to a 5/32" line segment on the top left, attached to a 3/32" beveled line that joins to a 15/64" cove leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. The back side rabbet measures 1/2" wide by 3/16" tall. The overall width of the plow can be adjusted to any specific size with a simple axial adjustment of the bottom cutter head. We offer this same design in a larger thickness dimension for your review and consideration, panel mould .875" - 14.
