Panel Moulding 7/8" - 9

This cabinet door panel moulding 7/8"- 9 measures .875" wide by .625" thickness, enabling the design to be milled out of four quarter lumber. The designer profile is composed of a 1/4" wide half round bead joined to a 1/16" wide line segment with a 3/64" eased edge on the top left, attached to a 3/32" fillet with a 1/16" rounded edge that merges with a two tangent radius cyma recta on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall, the rabbet height can be adjusted to any specific size with a easy axial adjustment of the left cutter head on the machinery.
