Picture Frame 1-1/8" - 3

This uniquely shaped picture frame 1-1/8" - 3 measures 1.125" wide by 1.312" thickness enabling the pattern to be milled from six-quarter lumber. The unique profile is comprised of a combination of tangent radius arcs and coves on the left side, attached to an elliptical beak-shaped arc on top that transitions into a small 1/16" wide horizontal line with an 11/32" cove, joined to a 3/64" tall vertical line with a 13/64" quarter circle above the rabbet which measures 1/8" wide by 9/16" tall.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this creative picture frame pattern. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken cnc (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process.
