Picture Frame 3-1/2" - 19

This beautifully ornate picture frame 3-1/2" - 19 measures 3.500" wide by 1.093" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled from five-quarter lumber. The custom beaded profile comprises cascading half and quarter round beads on the left, joined to a graceful wave-like french curve in the center, connected to a few more half-round beads with a tiny ogee on the right-hand side of the pattern. The rabbet for the artwork dimension is 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall; it can be adjusted in height with a simple axial movement of the left cutter head on the molder.
