This unique 3-9/16" - 1 picture frame measures 3.562" wide by 1.093" thick, requiring 3-13/16" wide blanks of five- or six-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The upper left symmetrical section contains a shallow 9/16" cove on the left. It connects to a 27/32" cavetto flanked by small sunk and raised fillets. The right edge transitions downward to a 149/64" flat section in the center with three cascading raised fillets on the design's right side. The rabbet dimension for the artwork is 5/16" wide by 5/16" tall. The notch height is adjusted to specific needs with a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head.
