This elaborate 4-3/8" picture frame measures 4.375" wide by 2.031 "thick, requiring the use of 10-quarter lumber for milling. The beautifully ornate profile is composed of a steep down-sloping cyma reversa on the top left, connected to a 3/8" cove flanked by two obtuse angled lines on each side and a small line segment with a 1/4" rounded edge in the center, merged with a 3/4" wide sunk fillet that transitions into a series of tiny v-shaped notches with a 9/64" rounded edge on the right side. The rabbet dimension for the artwork is 1/2" wide by 13/16" tall; this area can be adjusted in height to any specific requirements with an easy axial adjustment of the left vertical cutter head on the machinery used to mill the design.
