This mirror frame, 4-9/16", measures 4.562" wide by 1.062" thick, requiring a 4-13/16" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The embellishing profile contains a 1-3/4" wide by 13/64" tall raised fillet with a 1/8" rolled outer edge on the top left. The center comprises a three-tangent radius wave-like curvature with a downsloping convex arc and a thin line segment on the design's right side. The rabbet dimension for the mirror is 3/8" wide by 1/2" tall; this is adjustable axially on the left cutter head.
