This custom applied moulding 1-1/8" - 6 measures 1.125" width by .625" thickness, requiring a 1-3/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The interesting profile contains a short flat line segment on the top left. It connects to a gracefully downsloping s-shaped curvature with a 1/8" vertical step, joined to a 15/64" fillet on the design's right side.
