This creative applied moulding 1-7/16" - 7 measures 1.437" in width by .687" in thickness; it requires 1-11/16" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining industrial equipment. The detail works excellently as a
base cap. It comprises a 1/16" broad flat line at a 17/32" thickness on the top left, creating a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber. The short line connects to a 5/16" half circle with an additional fillet joined to a 37/64" concave semicircle in the center. The arc attaches to a 1/4" bead with two cascading 1/16" quarter rounds on the design's right edge.
