This unique applied moulding 1-5/8" - 18 measures 1.625" in width by .906 in thickness, requiring a 1-7/8" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The bespoke profile comprises a 3/16" cove at a 23/32" thickness, joined to a 3/32" broad horizontal fillet on the top left. The short line connects to a 15/64" convex arc tangent to a 5/16" convex semicircle that transitions down to a 3/16" concave arc forming the s-shaped curvature in the center. The steep curves attach to a 1/4" broad fillet merged with a 3/16" cove leaving a 3/16" thickness on the design's right edge.
