Applied Moulding 5/8" - 40

This stepped cabinet door applied moulding 5/8 - 40 measures .625" wide by .406" thickness, allowing this detail to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The decorative profile contains a 3/16" full half bead flanked by two 3/32" flat line segments on top, attached to a two tangent radius elliptical-shaped cove with a 3/64" eased edge. This concave arc leaves a 1/8" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom panel trim profile.

Caution: the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
