Plinth Block 7-1/4"

This beefy plinth block 7-1/4" measures 7.250" wide by 1.625" thickness, requiring the use of eight-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial molder. The profile contains a 2-1/4" whole fillet at the bottom attached to a 3/8" radius quarter round bead that transitions into a 4" broad straight line the drops down 1/8" in elevation to a 1-1/16" radius quarter circle at the top of the pattern. The Cad-produced Dxf file contains two high-precision template drawings to create knives for this detail.
