3/64" Radius Edge - 2
This double 3/64" radius edge - 2 measures 1.500" thickness, necessitating the pattern be machined out of eight quarter lumber; the width is milled to any desired size within the limits of the moulder/shaper used to mill the pattern. The knives can cut two 3/64" rounded edges on a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/2" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced on either side of the profile grinder to produce both the right- and left-side vertical blades.
