3/64" Radius Edge - 5
These double 3/64" radius edge - 5 are capable of milling a .040" radius on a piece of lumber finishing 3-1/2" in thickness. The profile knives are designed to be milled from a top cutter head, allowing the thickness to be adjusted to any desired size. This size is generally the most common radius for your finish grinding wheel. If you use a 1.5-millimetre-wide wheel instead, you could go to a smaller size if needed. You can easily mill all four edges of the lumber simply by producing a set of knives for both the left and right cutter heads.
