1/16" Radius Edge - 12
This double 1/16" radius edge - 12 measures 1.500" in thickness. The eased edge profile can mill two 1/16" radii on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/2" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced on either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture right- or left-hand knives, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously. The thickness and width are adjustable to an extensive range of various sizes.
The current combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. You may only need blades for a specific cutter head on the itemized costs, saving money by employing knives you already own. On most of our radius edge designs, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the cutters to allow for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
