1/16" Radius Edge - 13

This double 1/16" radius edge - 13 measure 1.062" thickness, with capabilities of milling any sized width within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the profile out of four-quarter lumber. The cutters can mill two 3/64" round overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 13/16" thickness. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to get milled simultaneously.
