1/16" Radius Edge Moulding - 15

This double radius edge molding 1/16" - 15 measures 1.000" thickness, necessitating the pattern be machined out of five quarter lumber, the width is milled to any desired size within the limits of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The knives are capable of cutting two 1/16" round edges on a piece of lumber measuring one-inch thickness, the acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to produce both the right and left side vertical blades.
