1/16" Radius Edge - 15
This double 1-1/6" radius edge - 15 measures 1.000" thickness, necessitating the pattern be machined out of five-quarter lumber; the width is milled to any desired size within the limits of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The knives can cut two 1/16" round edges on a piece of lumber measuring one inch thick. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to produce both the right and left cutterheads.
