1/16" Radius Edge Moulding - 3

This double-radius edge moulding 1/16" - 3 measures .750" thickness, widths are milled to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder used to mill the pattern. The profile is capable of milling two 1/16" radiuses on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3/4" thickness. The template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left moulding cutters for both vertical cutter heads on the machine; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
