3/32" Radius Edge - 6

This double 3/32" - 6 radius edge measures 1.000" thickness, with a .281" depth of cut on either the right or left vertical set of moulding knives. Widths are milled to the desired size during milling, with a simple radial adjustment of the left vertical cutter head.

The profile is capable of milling two .093" radiuses on the top and bottom side edges of a piece of lumber measuring 1" thickness at any width within the parameters of the moulder utilized to mill the pattern. All four edges could be milled simultaneously by grinding a set of moulding cutters for both the left and right vertical cutter heads.
